I love this camera

Puntos Fuertes: Easy to learn use of features, which are abundant. I'm really loving the sport mode. It takes multiple shots(like a slide show)each time you shoot. You can pick and choose what to keep

Puntos Débiles: For myself, the grab handle is cumbersome, but I have small hands.I'm sure I will get used to it.The zoom is so good, I sometimes loose track of the subject.

The option of view finder or screen is great. I take pics on the boat, being able to tilt the screen to see subject in the sunlight is great. I'm used to a point & shoot, so the lens cap is more to deal with but all in all, this is awesome. I'm hoping to have plenty of great pics from it. I've used it indoors, outdoors, bright sunlight, lowlight and my pics are great so far. The battery seems to be holding up great too.

DCRP Review: Nikon Coolpix P100

The Nikon Coolpix P100 is one of those cameras that sounds absolutely perfect when you read the spec sheet. It has a 26X zoom lens with a great focal range, image stabilization, a back-illuminated CMOS sensor, super-fast continuous shooting, lots of auto and manual controls, an articulating high resolution LCD, and a Full HD movie mode. But what good is any of that if the camera doesn't take...

Nikon Coolpix P100 Review

Megazoom digital cameras don't get much longer than the Nikon Coolpix P100, which has a 26x zoom that ranges from a very wide 26 to a very long 678mm equivalent focal length. Its 10.3-megapixel backlit sensor allows the Nikon P100 to perform a few cool tricks, too, including a frame rate of up to 10 shots per second at full resolution, and an automatic HDR mode for difficult lighting...

Nikon COOLPIX P100 review at Camera Labs

The Nikon COOLPIX P100 looks similar to the P90 it replaces, but is, in fact, a very different camera. At its heart, the new 10 Megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor has very different qualities to the 12 Megapixel CCD sensor of its predecessor. For one thing it has a lower resolution, but unless you like to make big prints, that's fairly inconsequential. The new sensor means new features,...

Nikon Coolpix P100

THE GOOD: Solid design; overflowing with photo, movie features; very fast shooting performance for its class. THE BAD: Photo, video quality is weakest part of the package. THE BOTTOM LINE: Theres a lot to like about the Nikon Coolpix P100, but youll need to keep your photo quality expectations in check to really enjoy it.

Nikon Coolpix P100

Similar to the Nikon Coolpix P90, the Nikon Coolpix P100 is a digital camera thats incorporated with several different features that enhance photos. The 10.3 megapixel camera is a step up from the P90 as it has a 26X wide angle optical zoom lens and bright 3-inch LCD display. To go along with the HDMI output, the camera has full 1080p HD video recording which is a lot more powerful than other...
